Js.Design Cloud UI Design Tool Pockets Tens of Millions in Series B+

Js.Design is an effective tool to deal with the challenges posed by the epidemic, especially in the case of teleworking, which could not only reduce procurement costs, but also improve employee productivity.

Chinese cloud UI design tool Js.Design (Chinese: 即时设计) recently raised tens of millions of dollars in a Series B+ funding round, led by Unicorn Capital Partners, with participation from existing investor SIG, Source Code Capital and Coatue Management.

Proceeds will be used to further the user experience and develop new products and features.

Some business behaviors of international software tool companies have been shown to be hostile to Chinese users. For example, Matlab banned the use of its products at several Chinese universities and Figma banned DJI from accessing its software. So there is an urgent need to localize the professional software and Js.Design is the only product launched before the ban by Figma.

Since domestic alternative software has attracted more attention, online design has had high visibility. Js.Design secured several large-scale funding rounds within a year.

The company’s plugin API is now open to global users, tailored to the needs of developers, design teams, and enterprises. The number of its users reached millions of people in March. One of the founders of Js.Design said that the most important thing was to improve the resistance of the product. Only effective iteration can drive rapid user growth.

With the development of the startup, its UI design function has combined with the basic function of Sketch, a UI design tool, and the high-level function of Figma, which allows multiple people edit online in real time without delay.
