Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences.
Facilitate the client’s product vision by researching (desk research, interviews, etc.), designing, sketching, prototyping and testing user experiences for digital products.
Deliver high-fidelity prototypes for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
Create user-centric designs by understanding business requirements and user feedback.
Translate requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and engaging user interfaces.
Design user interface elements such as input controls, navigation components, and informational components.
Create original graphic designs (eg, pictures, sketches and tables).
Identify and resolve UX issues (e.g. responsiveness).
Collaborate effectively with product, engineering and management teams.
Incorporate customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability results into the design to improve user experience.
Key requirements
A degree/diploma in design, fine arts, engineering or related field.
Previous experience as a UI/UX Designer as well as a solid portfolio of projects (including in the health field).
Ability to work with customers to understand detailed requirements and design comprehensive user experiences that meet customer needs and vision.
Previous experience working with developers and design transfer using Zeplin or related tools.
Extensive experience using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile and responsive design.
Mastery of prototyping and wireframing tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Whimsical, Balsamiq, etc. and some knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop).
Basic skills in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript are a plus.
Great attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate your ideas, designs and suggestions.
Strong team player who can collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
