Married to Real Estate Season 2 Release Date
According to HGTV’s press release, the official release date announced by the network stated that the series is expected to air in early 2023. However, the exact release date has yet to be determined, but if we have to speculate, the second season could debut in January 2023, exactly like the first season.

Why did HGTV renew Married to Real Estate for Season 2?
According to Betsy Ayala, Senior Vice President, Programming and Development, HGTV, “This large pickup order is in line with an overwhelmingly positive response from fans who had an immediate connection with Egypt and Mike in Season 1 of Married to ‘immovable. “
Further adding, “They put their own family first and work twice as hard to make their clients’ dream homes a reality – and they laugh and have fun together through it all. Their outlook on life is inspiring and everyone is excited to see what awaits them in Season 2.”
On top of that, the series has gained quite a good reception. As suggested above by the Deadline reports, the first season drew over 19 million total viewers and was the No. 2 non-news/sports cable program among high-end P25-54 and high-end W25-54 on its Thursday timeslot from 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. It’s a big deal for any major television network to review and gauge the response to renew the series, and the data speaks for itself, so the network pursued renewal.
Married to the Estate Season 2 Plot
As stated in the official press release, viewers will see much more than in the first season, which underscores that “In Season 1, we got to watch Egypt and Mike juggle their booming real estate business, manage a home and raising three daughters. Known for being super real (both on and off camera), it’s no surprise that they’ve garnered over 19 million viewers.
Further suggesting that with a Rock the Block win under their tool belts, we’re excited to see what they have up their sleeves for Season 2. Of course, we can expect to see Egypt – who has previously starred in HGTV’s Property Virgins and Flipping Virgins – leveraging his financial prowess, design expertise and knowledge of the housing market to find affordable homes in ideal neighborhoods for clients while Mike and his team , with budget in mind, strive to transform outdated properties into beautiful homes with increased value. And, naturally, we’re hoping to get a glimpse of their new pup Serene.
